Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 1 lb (450 g) pork tenderloin
  • 1-2 Tbsp (15-30 ml) Lemon Dilly Dip Mix, or Souvlaki Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) El Greco Finishing Sauce, prepared or favourite finishing sauce
  • 4 whole-wheat pitas

Preparation


 
  • Thinly slice pork.
  • Combine mix dip with oil and lemon juice. Add pork and toss to coat evenly.
  • Stir-fry pork in a Fry Pan for 4–6 minutes, until cooked through.
  • Tuck into, or roll up in, warmed pitas. Top with your favourite gyro fixings.
